You'll need a valid, government-issued photo ID such as a driver's license, state ID, or passport. The name on your ID must match the name on the document being notarized.

Yes, there is a travel fee starting at $25 depending on your location. We'll always confirm the total cost before your appointment so there are no surprises.

Absolutely. We regularly visit hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. We understand that these situations are often time-sensitive and we'll do our best to accommodate you quickly.
